10 of the best Francesco Totti Kits 👑

The King of Rome, Francesco Totti, celebrates his 47th Birthday today. So in honour of the Roma legend, we’re going to look over some of the best kits he wore during his career.

Roma 92/94 Home - The first kit worn by Totti when he broke through to the senior team. It is also the inspiration for the 23/24 home shirt after Roma signed back with Adidas to supply their kits.

Roma 95/96 Home - One of the classic 90s Roma home shirts. One we have featured before. The inclusion of the giant Lupetto is a visual treat for the eyes that we never get tired of looking at.

Italy 96/98 Home - Whilst Totti didn’t make his senior International debut until October 1998, he did wear this classic Italy shirt during their U21’s European Championship win, scoring Italy’s goal in the final against Spain.

Roma 98/99 Home - One of the bolder, yet stunning, Diadora designs for Roma during the 90s was this home shirt that featured Lupetto taping down the sleeves. Bellissimo.

Roma 98/99 Third - From the same season, and possibly one of the club’s most underrated shirts, is the third shirt Roma wore. Not many shirts can pull f 5 different colours on it. And the Lupetto taping once again…

Roma 01/02 European Shirt - Featured in our ‘Champions League Kit’ thread last week, the 2001/02 European shirt from Kappa was just sensational and deserves another mention, we’re sure you’ll agree.

Italy 04/06 Home - Even though most of the Italy/Puma kits aren’t fondly remembered, we HAD to feature the shirt that King of Rome wore when he won the World Cup.

Roma 06/07 Home - Roma wore this special one-off shirt for a match against Serie A rivals during the 2006/07 season which featured a massive Pepsi logo, featuring cans of the drink on it.

Roma 14/15 Away - Inspired by Rom kits of the 1960s’, the 2-14/15 away shirt was white and featured a cool orange and red diagonal sash from the left shoulder down through the crest. Very cool.

Roma 16/17 Derby Home - During Totti’s last season, Roma wore a special home shirt to be worn during the ‘Derby Della Capitale’ which was dark red & featured metallic gold accents to evoke the tunics & armour the Roman legions wore when defending the city.
